RIO Immobilier & Conseils is a young real estate company with offices in Nancy and Pont-à-Mousson. We are looking to bring in an apprentice (contrat d’alternance) who will take part in the company’s growth process.
We are looking for someone who has a real passion for digital marketing, communication, and public relations, who has some experience with graphic design.
Daily duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Content production
- Written content creation, copywriting focused on the company’s needs
- Content creation according to company’s guidelines
2. Social media strategy
- Development of a social media strategy that will help achieve the company’s goals
- Moderate content created by company management
- Develop techniques to engage our target audience
3. Entry level graphic design skills
- Design and organize print materials as required / graphic design (flyers, pamphlets, placards, documents, etc.)
- Help print production as necessary for any required print materials
